We have carried out social materiality assessment and identified that Health and Safety, along with an engaged and happy workforce are the key areas we can have a big impact in the social space. We have therefore shaped our strategic objective:

We already have a number of external H&S accreditation which we will maintain to ensure the highest standards. In order to engage our staff we need to provide them with the right training, information and forms of communication.

  • Increase access to employee training and career progression
  • Provide additional communications to encourage greater engagement

Our achievements

  • We are accredited with ISO 9001, CHAS, FORS, Safe Contractor and are certified with UVDB. In addition, we are approved by many of our clients own Health & Safety criteria
  • We offer employment and training opportunities which arise within our business to local organisations through social media and advertising campaigns and support local events to present career opportunities
  • Staff handbook sets out social policies and ways employees can get involved and report issues if needed
