Furniture Installations and Reconfigurations

We believe that employing a team of competent fitters who can undertake essential furniture re-modelling and installation works is critical for our service offering.

Our furniture fitters are all directly employed by us and are extremely experienced in the dismantling and re-assembly of numerous styles of desks and general office furniture.

Their knowledge forged through years of experience and continuity of employment has been fundamental in allowing us to successfully undertake thousands of relocations and reconfiguration works for our clients.

With such a wide diversity in the style, manufacture, design, and material of the furniture that is currently available, there is no specific accreditation that can be achieved as an all-encompassing qualification. However, each of our fitters recognise that they must achieve and maintain the highest standards of working practices, and that their ability to work to agreed targets in terms of output and quality standards is essential.

As the workplaces we attend can differ from small offices to call centres and corporate office workspaces, it is essential that our fitters not only work in a safe manner, adhering to recognised Health and Safety measures, particularly when working in live environments, but that they are diligent in ensuring that excellent work ethics are always observed, and that they clearly demonstrate their ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Our skilled fitters are experienced in completing remodelling and reconfiguring works for well-known brands of office furniture such as: Bisley, Bene, Kinnarps, Knoll, Senator, Steel Case, Vitra, Ahrend, Orangebox, and Herman Miller.

We retain a library of each manufacturer’s assembly instructions and parts schematics, detailing the correct methodology for installing, dismantling, or modifying each item of furniture.

This library information is incorporated into our briefing procedures during onsite tool-box-talks, that are undertaken prior to the commencement of reconfiguration and installation works. We ensure that our fitters fully comply with the manufacture’s standards of installation so that Original Manufacturer Warranties (OEM) are protected.
